"Super easy ticket purchase"
I bought tickets on cballet.org and had a really smooth experience. It was easy to find the performance I wanted, choose my seats, and get through checkout without anything confusing popping up.
The confirmation email showed up quickly, and all the ticket details were clearly laid out. I’ll admit I was a little nervous about buying tickets online, but everything went through just fine.
Overall, it only took a few minutes and felt simple from start to finish. I’d definitely use the site again

"Was relieved how easy the exchange was"
I needed to swap my order and expected it to be a bit of a hassle, but it wasn’t at all. The refund and exchange info was clear, support got it sorted quickly, and I didn’t have to chase anyone for my refund. Such a relief after trying it — really smooth experience overall

"Easy night out with good snacks"
It was just a really easy night out. The snack line moved fast, the bathrooms were actually clean, and the seats were, like, comfortable enough for the whole time. I mean, overall, I really liked the setup and it made the whole experience feel simple and fun.

"Literally not much variety in the shows"
I checked out cballet.org because I was hoping to find a broader mix of performances, but the selection felt a little limited to me. There are definitely some nice shows on there, but if you’re into different styles or want to see pieces that are a bit less common, it doesn’t really offer much range. It might be fine for regular fans, but I was literally expecting more and ended up a bit disappointed. The site itself is okay, the lineup just didn’t really pull me in.

I really enjoyed the choreography. It felt polished and clean, but it still had a lot of emotion behind it, which isn’t always easy to pull off. The artistic direction was strong too. Depending on what mood you’re in, a couple of sections might feel like they drag a little, and that was the case for me at times. Still, overall it was a really good experience and I’d definitely watch it again

"Impressive technique without feeling overdone"
I watched a few dancers from cballet.org and was impressed. Their technique looked really clean, especially the feet and control, and the turns didn’t feel forced or like they were pushing beyond what was safe. I’m usually a bit cautious watching dance because strong technique can sometimes come with that “one wrong move” feeling, but these dancers seemed well-trained and in control. It felt serious but still effortless. I’d definitely watch again.

"Stage view was just okay"
The view was decent, but I couldn’t really see the sides of the stage that well. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “visibility can vary a bit depending on the setup,” which I get, but it was still a little disappointing.

"Training didn’t really make the difference we hoped for"
The students didn’t progress as much as we expected after the training. We were hoping to see more improvement, but it just didn’t really happen. When we reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were putting the blame on us instead of trying to understand what went wrong, which was frustrating.

"Comfortable seats and a solid view"
The seats were comfortable for the whole show, and I had a good view too. No complaints from me, it’s nice when a place actually does right by the audience and makes the experience easy to enjoy.

"Really helpful box office team"
I had a bit of a ticket issue and thought, here we go, this is going to be a hassle. But the box office folks were really helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. Super easy, no drama, and I left thinking, okay, that was much better than expected

The lessons are actually really good. The teachers explain the steps so clearly that even I can follow along, which is basically a small miracle

"Felt a Bit Brushed Off at First"
I reached out to support and it took quite a while to hear back, which made me feel a little dismissed. Once they finally replied, they did help me sort things out, so it ended up okay, just not the best experience getting there.

I really wanted to like cballet.org more, and it does seem like they’re doing some good work. But the community side just feels a little lacking to me. There aren’t many updates, and I didn’t really see easy ways to connect or talk with other people. Online it comes across quiet and kind of disconnected... which is a shame. Hopefully they make it more active over time.

"Great dancing, though the expressions didn’t always land"
I enjoyed the dancing overall, and some of the performers really brought a lot of emotion to it. That said, a few moments felt a little stiff to me, like they were going through the motions instead of fully feeling it, just my take, of course. Still a nice performance, but it didn’t always pull me in the way I was hoping...

"Really nice production overall"
I went to a show through cballet.org and had a really good time. The staging was clean and everything felt well put together. I will say, a few parts dragged a little, and it kind of felt like they could’ve tightened those moments up if they wanted to keep the energy moving. But the lighting was lovely, and the scene changes were smooth. Not totally perfect, but definitely worth seeing, and I’d go again.

"I’ve been a member for a little while..."
I’ve been a member for a little while and have donated through cballet.org a couple of times. The website was straightforward to use, and I didn’t run into any weird extra steps or confusing pages, which was nice.
My member info and donor receipts came through without any issues, and when I had a question, they responded fairly quickly. I do appreciate that things seem organized, but I was a bit disappointed that the overall experience felt kind of plain and not as engaging as I expected.

"Really enjoyed the show"
I went with my daughter and we both had such a great time. Our seats were easy to find, the dancers were amazing, and the whole night felt really special. I would definitely go again.
